September 18 is listed, but the full game is not unlocked yet

Crown Siege's Steam page and live app data list September 18, 2026. During this September 18 check, the full game still displayed Coming Soon, no purchase button and no US price. The date is confirmed, but current availability, launch price and the exact unlock moment still require a fresh storefront check.

The full game is a single-player release developed by JOrbits Games and published by 2 Left Thumbs. Steam currently lists achievements, cloud saves, stats and Family Sharing for the paid app; those store flags do not establish performance, completion time or Steam Deck compatibility.

Recruit troops, defend the tower and compound each run's power

Players spend gold to spawn troops around a central tower while enemy waves attack from the edges of the battlefield. Defeating goblins and other enemies generates more gold, and later waves increase the pressure on the army and tower. The official material describes an incremental siege and tower-defense structure rather than direct control of every soldier.

Experience levels units, while crowns unlock upgrades for the army and tower. The current full-game description also mentions additional resources and unit-specific skill points. Growth produces larger armies and stronger abilities, turning the on-screen battle into an increasingly dense auto-resolved clash; this page does not independently rate balance, difficulty or idle progression.

The full game expands the demo with a map, resources and a larger skill tree

JOrbits' pre-release update says progression is no longer a fixed linear sequence of levels. The full game sends players between nodes on a map, into new territories and toward additional resources. It also expands the roster beyond the demo's early knights, goblins and other units, while the skill tree now uses experience, extra resources and unit-specific SP.

The developer has not published an exact full-game hour count, level total, unit total or enemy total in the sources reviewed here. “More” and “larger” therefore describe a documented expansion over the demo, not a promise of a specific campaign length or content count.

The Steam demo is newer than the playable itch.io browser build

Crown Siege Demo launched free on Steam on May 30, 2026. It supports the same nine listed interface and subtitle languages as the full game and provides a native Windows download; Steam also flags Mac and Linux, although their requirement blocks still say only that more information is coming soon.

JOrbits also hosts an older HTML5 build that runs in a browser on itch.io. The developer explicitly directs players to the newer Steam demo for more upgrades, units and enemies plus a save system. itch.io's roughly half-hour average-session label applies only to that older browser version and should not be treated as the Steam demo or full game's completion time.

Nine languages are listed, but Mac and Linux specs remain incomplete

The full game and Steam demo both flag Windows, macOS and Linux. Only Windows has component requirements; the Mac and Linux blocks say “More information coming soon.” A platform icon is useful evidence of intent, but without OS, processor, graphics or architecture details it is not enough to confirm compatibility with a particular Mac or Linux system.

Steam lists English, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Latin American Spanish, Japanese and Korean for interface and subtitles, with no full audio. Full-game app data also lists custom volume controls, mouse-only and touch-only options and play without timed input. No controller-support flag appears, and the current metadata is not a substitute for testing touch behavior, remapping or accessibility.

Crown Siege lists minimum-only Windows requirements

The paid game's Windows minimum calls for a 64-bit Windows 10 system, a two-core/four-thread processor, 4 GB RAM, a GTX 750 Ti, DirectX 11 and 5 GB storage. Steam's recommended block says only that a 64-bit processor and operating system are required, so there is no documented recommended CPU, memory or GPU tier.

The Steam demo uses the same Windows CPU, memory, GPU and DirectX floor but lists 2 GB storage instead of 5 GB. No target resolution, quality preset or frame rate accompanies either specification, and the unfilled Mac and Linux blocks should not be converted into guessed hardware advice.
