Which CONTROL Resonant platforms launch on September 24?
The September 24 launch covers PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC through Steam and Epic Games Store, and GeForce NOW. Xbox also lists Play Anywhere, allowing the Xbox purchase to work across supported Xbox console and PC environments under Microsoft's program.
A Mac version is official but does not share the September date. Remedy says Mac will follow later in 2026 through Steam and Apple's App Store. No PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or Nintendo version is announced.

CONTROL Resonant early access is limited to PS5 Digital Deluxe
The PlayStation Store says PS5 Digital Deluxe pre-orders receive 48-hour early access beginning September 22, 2026. The Steam and Xbox Deluxe listings include the same core digital extras but do not list early access, so the benefit should not be generalized to every platform.
PS5 Standard does not include the early window either. Players buying on PC or Xbox should plan around the September 24 launch unless their own storefront is updated with a new official entitlement.

Standard versus Digital Deluxe contents
Standard includes the base game for a suggested US price of $59.99. Digital Deluxe costs $69.99 and adds the AWE Mission Outfit, Untapped Artifact called Wallet, a Starter Resource Bundle, a digital artbook, and the original soundtrack.
Pre-order bonuses are separate from Deluxe contents. Steam and Xbox list a Hiss Corruption Outfit and Pickpocket's Tool Artifact for pre-orders; PlayStation also lists an Occult Outfit. None of the official store descriptions says these items are required to finish the campaign.

A single-player sequel centered on Dylan Faden
CONTROL Resonant is a full sequel rather than the cooperative FBC: Firebreak spin-off. Dylan Faden is the sole playable lead, exploring large Manhattan zones with side activities, optional discoveries, supernatural traversal, and a character progression system.
Combat shifts toward the Aberrant, a shapeshifting melee weapon that changes between forms such as a two-handed hammer and dual blades. Remedy also describes elemental abilities and environmental attacks, but the official stores list the game as single-player rather than cooperative or competitive multiplayer.
Official CONTROL Resonant PC requirements
Both published PC tiers require 16 GB RAM, 120 GB of available space, and an SSD. The minimum GPU set is GTX 1070, RX 5600 XT, or Intel Arc A580; recommended moves to RTX 3060 Ti, RX 6700 XT, or Intel Arc B580.
